First smoke shop that I have been to that gives you fake money for change then while I was in there a lady just bought a lighter and when the guy inside gave it to her she didn't have it and it went to the floor and broke into 5 different pieces and they did not do anything about it they told her you bought it the way it is we can't do nothing

One of the worst smoke shops Ive been to. They did not help at all with a product I bought that turned out to be broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone, that is if you dont like buying broken products and if you dont like rude employees. Surprised this place is still open honestly. Will never go back I can promise you that.

We bought, what we thought was a nice piece of glass. Got home, and smoked out of it only to realize the piece wasn't optimal. There was a full on hole chipped into the glass. Brought it back to ask if they'd help do anything about the faulty purchase and his only solution was to have me spend more money. He blamed me, immediately trying to establish it had to have been my fault, but none of the things he said were applicable or relevant. He was rude about it, not even adopting an air of politeness. A buisness that doesn't take care of their of faulty product. 100% do not recommend this shop, for on the off chance you needed anything, they will not help.

It’s a horrible place to shop at. Horrible customer service-they start yelling at you for no reason. They sold me a pen at $20 when it’s only worth $13. The pen never worked, I went back to ask for a different one the same week I had bought the pen and a really rude clerk refused to help me-he yelled at me even after I showed him the purchase ticket. This is not the first time I buy something from this place that doesn’t work and I would advice anyone else to not buy anything from this place.

Worst smokeshop in Tucson! I bought a CBD preroll & lit it up... After 2 puffs the whole thing fell apart. Waste of money. He overcharged me & it was bad quality.
