So first thing I'm going to say is that with everything getting more expensive I wasn't expecting to show up here and get everything I needed/ wanted for a reasonable price compared to the last time I've made a trip to one of these shops.... I was wrong. Not only did I get everything I needed and wanted, I didn't break the bank and the employee working (Zaid) was knowledgeable, polite, easy to get along with and overall somebody I wouldn't mind dealing with again in the future. With an employee like that and pricing I'll be back.

Heaven was fantastic! She put up with all of our questions and was super helpful throughout deciding what I wanted. This is a great smoke shop, I’d absolutely recommend shopping here and will return for future purchases!

Was assured that product would not clog or leak as they said they inspected their products and it did within a day or two. Seller creating false promises.

They sell broken vapes knowingly and they are aware the product it defective. I won't be shopping with them nomore. Shop elementvape online and at least get a refund or replace the vapes if they are defective: I had my vape less than a day and it exploded
