great customer service and large selection of vape hardware and other stuff for your likings

I had to change my review from a 5 star to a 3 star because this store offers a lot of vapes in juices which is a good bomb deal and I’ve been with them for about five months. Didn’t have a problem with them until a month ago I bought a couple switches. I’ve been trying out there lower puffs on Mr. Fogs, and some has broken some don’t work. The owner of the store says to me he would replace what was broken but he never did. I’m not upset about it. I’m just kind of sad about. Everywhere I go I do a review and how the places and how people respect each other. This store did the absolute best to respect you. They do a really good job but not most of them at the store knows what they’re doing. They’re just employees running a store at the end of the day. The place is nice when you walk in it’s very colorful because of every product they have on the shelves. I’ve been to a few vape stores on the west side of Indy and try them out. Most of them didn’t go well & most did good, I thought that this store was very promising, but “most” of their switches or regular vapes for Mr. Fog brand MAY be defective. I’m just letting the public know. Be careful what you buy and if you do buy just keep the quote in your head what you get is what you pay for.

Stopped in the other day to get some mr fogs had a great conversation with the employee behind the counter whole thing was a great vibe and I left with an actual vape which I like alot but I don't think my body agrees at all I loved the experience in store but am kinda sad that I spent all that money. I don't know what the return policy is but I imagine I can't return which is totally fine so disappointed I spent so much for something I may not be able to use but will definitely be back

Great people and pricing is fair on most of their products. Easy exchange if your mods or disposables are defective out of the box
