From 4 Stars to 2 11/4 Went to refill a lighter as i have done plenty before at this location and the door is locked Lights on Open sign No one in the front Very disappointed this was my favorite shop

I just had the best service at 404 smoke shop they were friendly and knowledgeable about the hookahs I bought for my party I got good flavors that are popular and good price

Every single device I have bought here breaks / dies within 2 weeks (the worst one lasted me hardly 24 hrs) every cart they have is low quality and cheap. And to top it all off, the staff leave the place locked up and go on breaks at random times thru the day for however long they want. They don't care that they are selling garbage and don't have any refund /return policy. Definitely won't be back here even if its my only option 🚮

The kratom and the THC edibles are way overpriced. The whole store is pretty much up charging every like 50%. I wouldn't say anything but I went there tonight and the girl was very unfriendly and acted like I was a burden for being a customer. I can deal with everything being overpriced but not the bad customer service.
