I've been to many different types of smoke shops over the years and through my travels, but last night, my cousin showed me this "hidden gem". Boy was I glad when she did! Not only is this the nicest and cleanest of recent smoke shop visits, but it also had some of the nicest and most knowledgeable staffs working there, making this such a great visit indeed. They have such a wide selection of goods for sale, from roll your own cigarettes to pipes and cigars, and everything in between. The 2 guys working during my visit were immediately pleasant upon my arrival and continued to help me until the moment I was leaving. I will continue to recommend this awesome place to anyone I come across seeking a great place to shop for their tobacco needs.

This is my favorite tobacco store. It always looks nice and smells wonderful when I walk in. I'm a regular customer and he always greets me with a smile. I told him he should have a candy or junk food section cause us "smokers" tend to get the munchies 😂 he always has my brand of cigarettes in stock (Senecas) for a cheaper price than anywhere else. I also get my vuse vape pods, cartridges, incense and other smoking needs here. Their selection of water pipes is amazing with beautiful colors and creative designs that make smoking feel like an art form. Everything I could need and want (as a smoker) is available here with better prices than any other tobacco store in New Castle. I'm so glad they got rid of that dirty rundown radiator shop that was an eyesore on this corner and built this cute colorful tobacco shop. The service, price and atmosphere is wonderful and I recommend this tobacco outlet to everyone I know who smokes. I love this store and the service I get from the owner, he has a great sense of humor, a kind friendly demeanor and I will continue to be a loyal and happy customer 😊
