Jay is literally the best. Love this shop, it’s gets better and better each time I do it

I've been coming here, at minimum 12 years. And I have nothing to say about this place but good things. Throughout the years this shop has always had great employees and their products stick with the times. Lately, I've been coming back alot. Most of the time it's been right before they close and they are always nice and never rush. I've always had good experiences with the employees. I recommend this shop not only for product selection but because the employees will care, explain, and are nice. An employee at night that goes by Jay is 300% awesome! He's been really helpful and I appreciate the extra effort he's put out to help me. I also really appreciate the other employees that have helped me in the recent past. I haven't walked in yet and haven't been helped kindly. - John Edit: I came in today, (4/18/24) and I was really happy with the assistance I got. The two people working were Marcus and a woman whose name ai can't remember. She helped me the best she could and I continued to browse. Other customers came in so i stepped aside and she helped them. Marcus came into work and helped me immediately. He was extremely nice. Answered all my questions very well, I got my stuff and noticed I needed something else. I went back in and they both helped me find what I needed. I left something in there on accident and when I was in my car, Marcus brought it to me before I left. Y'all working tonight, at 7pm, are Champs. Thank you again! Edit: Tonight 6/15/24 I came by and Jo-joe? I'm so sorry I'm bad with names I told ya at the 529 loc lol. There was miscommunication and I wanted 2 things and only paid for one so he had to do a refund a redo everything and he called his boss and did it like a champ. He's very hard working, and like all the other positive reviews I've left, he's a good representative and an asset of the business. Also, I have seen Trinity so much in the store and I've said nothing about her! She's a great employee. She knows the products, she's really friendly, and like the others, I wouldn't goto a business just because of what they have on their shelves. This business, along with their sister shops, they rock!

I've been a regular here for over a year. I do not go anywhere else. The vibes and the atmosphere here(& at all other locations) is lit. They're knowledgeable, will help you in any way, very friendly, and just cool as hell! 10/10 recommend

Great place to get your smoke shop needs met and by people that care and are knowledgeable in all of their products! If you have a a question about anything, they are more than happy to answer it and then some!
