Customer service is amazing for the most part. The owner could use some listening skills but the employees are great, knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise. Wide variety of product. I usually get vape juice and incense and am never disappointed. A little pricey but most of it is worth the money.

Best smoke shop hands down, best place to get all your smoking needs. I've been coming for 3 years now and it only keeps getting better. Rahim the owner is very humble and the store always feels very welcoming! They have just about everything you could ever want! Juice, mods, coils, tanks, water pipes, hookahs and the list goes on and on and on! The staff here are very knowledgeable on everything and never hesitate to answer any questions I may have. Sydney the manager is always really nice and seems to know just about everything there is to know about anything! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I can’t tell you how long I have been coming to this location, but I can tell you this, no matter who’s working, they’re always in good spirits, friendly, helpful, & giving me new information & ideas. I can honestly say, I have yet to be disappointed in their customer service & or the products I have been suggested. I've been coming here for about 5 years. The staff is always friendly and the owner is awesome. If you need something they don't have, they will order it for you. Always check the device before you leave the store and they will replace it if it's defective.

First time trying vape, dude there was chill really had good budget options there. Was asked 24 dollars for am vape elsewhere and ended up paying 16 dollars at this location rep+ chillest dude will buy from again.
