Unprofessional establishment. Staff is laying on a couch behind the counter. Staff claimed that a particular product I was looking for would be in stock on a Tuesday. Come back Tuesday and they say check in a few days. Come back a 3rd time and they said the same thing. I have a much better experience down the street at Atlas Smoke Shop. Also like some of the other reviews states. They have business hours that are not consistent or not up to date. Not always open when they say they are. The store never has lights on. It's dark and musty. The prices are not consistent and 9/10 are more expensive then the local competition.

Very friendly staff ,they are always stocked and sometimes they have new merchandise... producs are great ,I will be coming back for sure. Fair prices and they work with you if they don't have what your looking for. I recommend this place for all your smoking needs!

Went to return a product I bought because it was malfunctioning. The guy working there said oh we don’t do refunds. Nowhere does it say no refunds. Will never go there again.

They’re never open during the hours listed. I could go at 12 or 4:30 and either the sore is locked with all the lights on or completely closed. It’s beyond annoying I’m done going here

The establishment is under new management. Very friendly and professional. They also give discounts for repeat customers. Check it out. Great shop. Great safe location!!!
