Customer service was ok. I bought the Prime Bar, first time trying, and I should've stuck with the Elf Bar. The Prime Bar 8000 puff, definitely has no flavor, DOES NOT taste like strawberry whatsoever. I'm very disappointed.

The two people that work here are my absolute favorite people. I’m a regular there and anytime I’ve ever had a problem they are quick to fix it. The man welcomes us with warm smiles and has even danced across the counter when my boyfriend started bopping. And the lady is super sweet she always gets me exactly what I need! 10/10 place no doubt about it.
