Came yesterday to purchase the mega toke Dab reaper paid $270 for it went home worked for more then 15 seconds heated up as well about to use it and it stopped working watched 2 hours of YouTube videos to try to learn about it and still no luck took it back to store today and they aren’t able to do anything the Manger isn’t there and don’t have trained employees who are able to figure out the issue when asking for a exchange I was denied as well as a refund.I have a trip to go to tonight only reason I bought the damn thing.i have family and friends who use this place and I have spent thousands of dollars at this Shop and have been a loyal customer from the first day they opened. Never had an issues with any of the products I have purchased in the past and have worked amazingly but first time I have a problem and I’m unable to get assistance due to lack of trained employees.Spoke to manger on the phone and he said he can only take a look at it when his in the shop which he was willing to come to work on his day off tomorrow.i was looking for a solution to this issues immediately not within 24 hours.the price for the product is a lot and if they sell quality products issues shouldn’t begin within the initial use.i have truly been disappointed and will never continue business here and will definitely alert all my friends/family to never use this business.PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO FIGURE OUT SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL. The employees helping me today had no idea what the product was or even know how to use it they had to watch YouTube videos on it. I have came to this shop for the last 3 years Loyal customers doesn’t mean anything. I don’t get the reviews stating they don’t care or won’t work w you when you have a bad vape. Ya I mean don’t come in 4 days later saying the vape you got was bad. Open it there and then to test and if there’s an issue they take care of it. Even then I had one that tasted funny and next day they swapped it out no issue
