I'm a regular at Alien smoke and vape, but what makes me continuously go back is the employees. The young lady Shae always has a great attitude and her personality shines with every customer I see her come across. She is Always smiling and will answer any question and give opinions on different vapes if you have not tried them. Customer service at this store is outstanding!!!

Went in looking at a specific product, verbalizing it multiple times, and pointing at the correct product, but was sold the wrong product under the same brand. Their products are held against the wall behind the counter so it's hard to see if they are grabbing the right item. Regardless when I became aware of their mistake I informed them and was given no chance to exchange, no discount, nothing. Sucks because until now I've never had a problem with this place. Now I'm just out the money with a product I didnt want

Had an absolutely amazing experience here, came in looking for a delta 8 pen for work and the shop runner had so much information. Will be my new go to 💜 can't thank him enough

I have found my go to for all my vaping needs! Awesome atmosphere, great selection of products to boot. Although he was assisting another customer, Shane took the time to acknowledge my friend and I and he remembered the products I called about prior to visiting. He was patient and didn't try to rush us off after the sale even though another customer had walked in. Overall great experience! Definitely recommending all my friends and family members who enjoy the type of products you offer to drop by.
