Becca was incredible and she just started 3 weeks ago. She was welcoming and so calm during my whole experience. Savannah was the best facial I’ve ever gotten. I actually fell asleep and that never happens. Definitely plan on spending the day here because there’s so much to do and so well-priced. The girls in the front were very chatty. Almost clique-y but you can expect that from any place that employs all women. Regardless of that tremendous way to spend your birthday 🎉

I had an amazing experience at alive and well 👍 The staff is super friendly and attentive. My treatment with Elsa was so healing. Elsa is incredibly kind and a very wise person ✨️ She walked me through the entire process beautifully and created such a safe relaxing environment. I highly recommend this place and Elsa for colon hydrotherapy!

Elsa is incredibly knowledgeable, she is the best I have ever worked with in my 14 years of receiving hydrotherapy treatments. We are out of town a lot, Elsa is the reason my family and I finally committed to the monthly packages. Elsa has guided me through what services and little things I can do (all new to me) that will help me reach my goals. She’s an awesome coach. I love the IV nurses, they are so professional, and Maggie for lymph/massage. All my massages have been terrific. The ladies of the front desk do a great job of taking care of us. The staff is so good. Thank you everyone for a wonderful space to be well!

I have been going to Alive & Well for a couple of years and really enjoy their sauna and cold plunge amenities. However it was Colon Hydrotherapy with Elsa that truly made me fall in love with this place. I received my first treatment with Elsa back in April when I was beginning my gut health journey. Elsa was kind and gentle, teaching me how to let go on a micro level, which has now translated into other parts of my life. A few months later and I just finished 6 more sessions with Elsa. Colon Hydrotherapy has been so transformative in my life. I'm leaving my corporate job to pursue my dreams. I'm falling in love with my life again because I just feel so much better in my physical body. I will be back for another round of these sessions!
