Customer service is 5 Star keep up the great work. And someone tell Woo’s boss to give him a raise because without his help I would still be trying to figure out what I needed. Great selection. This is one of, if not the best smoke shops in South Florida.The staff knows how to find exactly what fits your requests and if not they will get it. The manager R.J., Max, Woo and Sal makes your experience stress free and fun. It’s a hip place with good music and an array of products. They are also military and veteran friendly, which is a plus for me. It’s a very clean place and they always have something new. I recommend this particular location (University Drive, Pembroke Pines) simply because they are top shelf.

Whoever said the people here are friendly obviously haven't dealt with the female employee... They used to be my go-to smoke shop, but I recently stopped going there and took my business elsewhere because that short girl with the tattoos is always such a female dog.. I don't know what her problem is, but you guys would make much more business without her.. She is far from friendly and she's ruining your sales and revenue!
