Very kind people who work with you and will try to save your pockets if your an impulse buyer like us. We went there grabbing all of our needs and splurged. What was meant to be a 30 dollar trip became 200 quickly. They discounted items and even showed us how to use them properly when we were silly, we had one item that had a manufacturer defect and they quickly and so nicely replaced it and tested it with us before leaving the shop. This is a very respectful business that has a large variety of items that could meet any smokers needs and desires.

This shop can satisfy my smoking needs! The staff here are very nice. I feel very welcome. I can get what I need from the shelf. Good variety and inventory. Besides, they offer wonderful drinks.

Hands down the worst smoke shop experience I've ever had. I came in and the guy behind the counter was helping someone so I looked around. He gets done with them asks me if I need help I say yes. He just points across the store because he's on a personal call on speaker with some tweaker. I don't see what I'm looking for and instead of helping me he helps a bunch of minors looking for his cheapest vape so I just walked out. There's five other smoke shops in town and I've never had a problem with any of them. Unless you're looking for a crack pipe I suggest going to one of the other shops.

This business does not stand by their products. I purchased an item roughly a week ago and it was faulty despite being overpriced. I came in to return it and receive something of equal quality of the product they sold me or simply a replacement product. My requests were met with scoffs and and offer to buy the same product for half off. Would not recommend this place if you want any quality equipment, the only upside is their able to sell their shotty merchandise better hours than most stores.

Super friendly staff and they have just about anything you could want. The staff is the best, they are super helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. They always have a good stock of everything too.
