Solid customer service and the staff are super personable. But if you’re going to sell fake Illadelphs, tell the customers they’re fake. People knowingly buy knockoffs of things all the time because it’s not unreasonably expensive. No need to lie and say they’re real. You still wouldve made the sale. Either way, honesty is the best policy and the thing rips.
