Industry discount of 40% is a complete joke! That's before the 20% tax is added which means they only give a 20% discount to Industry workers. Do yourself a favor insert visiting natural remedies East and West locations where they offered 35% to all industry workers and 40% when you buy your limit of whatever product category you are purchasing. Arcana I can't even get 3G's for what I paid at natural remedies for 5G! Also, they have pushed out most of the budtenders that were knowledgeable and great at their jobs to replace with a revolving door of new employees that are clearly not educated in cannabis or the industry. This is not the industries dispensary. It's a black eye in the community.

Everyone is super nice, unfortunately they make a lot of mistakes. We have been given items we didn’t pay for, not given items we did pay for, and the wrong items (all from preorders). Check your bag before you leave the store!

If I could have Elliot or Sarah every time, I would. Their customer service is top tier, and they know their product. They don’t rush me or seem annoyed when I need a second to decide. I’ve been in the industry for 5 years, and honestly…other budtenders could learn a lot from them.

i came in for my first time yesterday and i will definitely be back, the selection in the shop is great and the vibe is even better! i’m horrible with names so i don’t remember the name of the budtender that helped my partner and i but they were super helpful and had a killer suggestion for ice cream in the neighborhood :)

Im at this dispo a lot, I really appreciate the 40% off for OLCC this store does as well as them consistently carrying quality brands. However there’s only 2 budtenders I’m happy to see. One femme POC with tribal tattoos who is always very kind & knowledgeable and then another white guy who’s average build & height with sandy/brown hair usually wearing a hat. They’re great but I’ve felt very rushed every time I’ve come in and it’s not one of them. I’m not sure if they have a “get the customer in & out as quick as possible” kind of policy but it sure feels that way. As someone who partakes for a variety of reasons it can take me a bit to narrow down what I need especially if the budtenders dont have much terpene or brand knowledge.
