I've normally had a great experience with this store and it's employees however today I left feeling robbed. On Friday I bought two products and discovered later that night that one of the products was mechanically defective and did not function at all. I wasn't able to return to the shop until today (Sunday) and asked for a replacement of the product. I also had the defective product with me. I was told there was nothing they could do and that it was actually state law that they couldn't accept returns/do refunds for defective product. This seemed very strange to me because I've known several friends and family that have occasionally bought products that turned out defective directly out of the box (as this is a pretty common issue with different vapes) and other local vape shops would replace the defective product with no issue. I wasn't asking for a refund, just to have my defective vape replaced, but they said there was nothing they could do. After leaving, my family and I tried to find the law they mentioned but didn't find anything they described. The federal law does require retailers to refund defective product that have been sold. Either way, I will not support an establishment that does not stand behind their products or take care of their customers. I hope by letting the rest of the community know about their refund policy, it might save someone from being in my situation. I've never left a negative review before and I'm generally a really positive person but I do not appreciate being stolen from.

Since I cannot reply again I would like to follow up with the original complaint that I was sold a defective device and the company refused to exchange it, refund it, or store credit or do literally anything about it. I was then informed by an employee that is state law that they couldn't replace the device or issue a refund. Now I learn its just store policy, however, this screenshot shows the company offering another customer an exchange for a defective device. OH! and federal law states retailers have to issue a refund for defective merchandise sold. It is wrong of you to pass your losses on merchandise to the customer because it is too much of a 'hassle' for you to send bad product back to the supplier for your reimbursement. It is lazy and crooked that you'd allow your customers pocket to take a hit on manufacture defected product. I'm so glad you were able to give me a response because you've made it clear that you stand by your pitiful values and the customers do not matter to your company. I will never step foot in your shop again and I will be sure to warn others before they get scammed too.

Been here a handful of times and always had a good experience. Their prices are the lowest I've seen in the area, and every staff member has always treated me really well answering any questions I have and finding me the best product(s) for my needs within my budget. I have a couple shops closer to home but I still rather go here knowing I'm getting good prices and friendly helpful staff.
