Incredibly helpful individual in the store by the name of Charlie. I hope I'm remembering his name right. The guy was a wealth of knowledge and super pleasant when I came in as a 1st time shopper. I'd frequent this store more often if I lived in the area. Thanks for all your help Charlie.

Knowledgable staff, decent prices

OUTRIGHT THIEVES! Went in to buy new pod kit & juice. Guy was super helpful so I gave him a decent tip (I think maybe 10%? - it was an add tip button). Got home to see the dude charged me twice for cost with no tip ($86.36 x 2), AND once with tip added ($98.35). A total of $271.06 for $86.36 worth of stuff!!!! I disputed charges & despite all 3 charges being run consecutively, Chase will only reimburse one of the $86.76 charges as it's obviously a duplicate number. But bc I was nice & tipped, they won't recognize the $98.35 as a duplicate charge with tip. THIS IS OUTRIGHT THEFT. So to anyone looking for vape stuff, I wouldn't trust this place to run any charging info. I will never go here again. Too bad bc they’re nearby & carry good stuff - but they are thieves.

For over 3 years I've purchased from here, this includes 4 defective vapes, 3 of them I was able to return successfully. Now, they do not accept returns unless it is 100% NOT working. They're totally willing to lose a $1000/year customer over a $25 dispute. Apart from 1 person their staff is mostly aloof, condescending, and downright rude. Half the time they don't even stock the necessary cartridges for the mods they sell... My advice to anyone who purchased a glitchy mod from here is to destroy it entirely (water, short circuit, etc) to ensure it is "fully" defective before attempting to return it. Then, go to literally any other shop down the road with better service, and never come back to this dump.

Ian really worked with me to find a vape that was suitable for me and an oil to go with it. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and offered a ton of information. I love great customer service so I will definitely be back!
