This is the only vape store I go to. Why? The dude who works nights is incredibly helpful & knowledgeable, they have exactly what I want, the store is very neat, clean and orderly, the prices quite reasonable, and I've saved a lot of rewards points! He doesn't talk in circles but gives no B/S advice & help and he's gifted with intelligence, logic and common sense. Customers are treated like friends here, not just sources of another sale.

These guys are great! They handle customer service the old school way like how it should be! They've made a loyal customer of me! Ashlyn went above and beyond for my buddy and I to make sure we left the store not only satisfied with our purchase but better educated on the products as well! Give that lady a raise! Thanks guys!

This place gives great service and will always help you when they can. The staff is a great help and the district manager if very friendly. Highly recommend this local grapevine shop. I loved the baked bars.

Sold me a display device at a discount. Turns out it was defective. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Of course when I go to exchange it I'm told there's a shorter return window for sale items, which isn't stated anywhere in the return policy and wasn't made clear to me when I made the purchase. Trash customer service. Stay away. EDIT: In response to the store's response. None of that was ever made clear to me at the time of purchase and the return policy on Artisan's site says nothing about a 7 day return window for internal battery devices. Your 25% discount means nothing to me. Why would I ever do business here again?
