Cool staff. Some of the lowest wait times/fastest service in the state of MD. However, they don't have a medical discount, they don't have sales often (the 5 for 80 sunmed cart deal is killer when they have it tho), and they don't sell much bulk flower. This was 100,000x better when it was True Wellness. TW was the best dispo the state has had from selection to staff to prices. Everything was perfect. Ascend messed everything up and just hasn't made any improvements/progress in 2 years now.

Love it!! ALWAYS short lines and very helpful employees. Even if you don't want to order online or use the kiosks they will help do it for you!! Always I mean Always have people working there with such good manners they made the help I needed so much easier and the trauma I faced with hospitals &pharmacy etc they actually made it where I didn't have to feel like that there where I actually felt more judged at walmart than I ever felt here IT was greatly appreciated and what most of customers that come here are in desperate need of and unlike other dispensary's they were professional yet kind and always remembered us which was again another reason I would give them 700 stars if possible!! They have great deals even better point system where u actually get free stuff not just some gimmick.

when you order something at a store, order confirmed even sent text for pick up. to drive over an hour to get there to be told oops sorry sold it to other people. can you explain to me the point in making an order if it’s not gonna be there when i go to pick it up? how does that make a single bit of sense? then to do nothing to make it right when i spend hundreds of dollars there weekly. absolutely incredible. terrible customer service. awful way to run a business and treat your once loyal customers, cuz now i’ll just take the extra 15 to go to rise.

I love this place. They're very professional; however, I wish they had more deals. We will continue to patronize this one occasionally. As we have a found another place with more deals.

I've come here a lot... I've never had a bad experience. Most of my visits are seamless, and even when there's a long line, the wait is never as long as it looks. Prices are the lowest you will find in a couple mile radius as well so if it's convenient for you, def shop at Ascend.
