One of the best smoke shops around! When I used to live in Addison this was my go to place to years! About 4 years ago, I found one worker there named Artie when I first walked in, and I still remember my first interaction there! I was new to the world of smoking, and he took his time and explained what each product does and which one he highly recommends. He took time out of his busy day to really ensure he was providing world class customer experience to me and that solidified a long time a customer. Now that I live out in Lake Zurich, I will go out of my way to come visit Ash's and try to catch Artie whenever I can to make sure I support in anyway I can. Highly recommend this store for all of your smoking needs.!

Friendly service and knowledgeable! Thanks for the help! I had several questions about my new High Five electronic dab rig and got them all answered here. I was also able to get some accessories and a spare banger (what I came in for initially). They have reclaim catchers available as well. I had a tough time finding these at other shops (ash catchers are more common) so I know where to get them locally now. There was a good selection of glass products with a lot of variety. Not just 20 similar bowls in different colors. Glass pipes, bongs, and bowls in various shapes and sizes were available, but it wasn't overdone. More importantly, they carry a bevy of attachments and accessories to cover your needs.

Sold me 1 expired vape for $17. When I confronted them to exchange, they said “dude it is still good, it only expired a month ago.” Then I explained that it is the principle that matters to me. Then he said ya “ they should have givens you the hook up price 2 for $20 for that specific brand. First and last time I shop with you, will make sure my friends stay away too

Last week I stopped in and was helped by the coolest dude named Artie! I work overnights and luckily this shop opens at 8am, stopped in because I needed a Thread for my vape cartridge and to my surprise Artie found it lodged in my pen, it’s magnet so it took a while but he was patient and determined to get it out and help me out, after a few minutes he got it out, didn’t need to buy a new pen , he saved my wallet. He could have lied to me and convinced me to buy a new pen but he didn’t dude was sincere. Anyways eventually I’ll need a new battery and thanks to this guy I know where I’ll choose next to get it, not to mention the glass was super cool, stocked and had endless variety , crazy never seen a shop like that

I didn't realize that every time I purchase cigarettes there for an example two packs if you use your debit card they charge you 30 cents more for using your debit card so you get penalized for using your card I mean not many people carry money these days so I figured it's really not a good price for what I'm getting so I will no longer shop there for cigarettes it's not worth it I can get a better price elsewhere
