Constant mistakes, forgetting orders, ignoring requests and avoiding responsibility when formal complaints are being submitted. This dispensary is absolutely disgraceful in its conduct, being a categorised pharmacy, they are required by law to promote a duty of care, and they have shown with evidence that they neglect this responsibility, picking and choosing whoever and whenever they wish to service as if it were a game. If you are a patient with severe medical issues AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

Service is terrible, they can't read information correctly and their errors will have impacts on your day. Example; they will say- yes everything is ok with the script and it's it stock. And then when you drive 45 minutes to get there they will realise there's some issue with the script that should be addressed with the doctor first and at this point you are now screwed and have to wait until it can be fixed. Good luck

I have had a trying experience at Follium. The doctor price gouged and didnt have any idea about prescribing medical for patients and their needs. The staf member I spoke to offered me anothe doctor when I expressed my concerns. I was hopeful and this doctor sounded like he had done more research instead of just doing it for the money. I rang follium to inquire on price and availability was messaged that my products were in stock. I went to pick them up and was told it wasn't instock and I should just use my night time for the day. It's not very good, I was prescribed the daytime because it works best in the daytime. Doh. I really wish NSW would get up to date on offering replacements when a product is out of stock. It's unprofessional and unethical I can't believe doctors are allowed to get away with this. Bad form

Customer service here is the best, these guys have helped me far beyond just dispensing my medications. They have helped me find a dr the suited my needs and saved me money, but have also helped me find the right products to suit me. Will always recommend folium
