Melanie, Natalia & Jake are legitimately the reasons that I EXCLUSIVELY use this facility and recommend it to everyone I know. They do a fantastic job of understanding and explaining each product, and I never feel confused. The displays are fantastic! But I do miss the secret menu board!!!

The first time visiting Jacob & Ray really broke down the menu and made me feel really good about my order and gave me so many recommendations for my future orders. Amazing dispensary, clean facility, great deals and amazing people working.

Worst Weed and system in the program. They don’t know how to run a successful business. Their business moral is to sell cheap quality and don't care about their customers. Go to Any other dispensary then AYR and Green Dragon. Trust me.

One of the reps at this Dania store was so rude , he said he's a manager and is name is jay , (dressed as Jake from State Farm on Halloween )
I ended up getting his name , but He refused to give me his name , or to honor the free gift the doctors office gave me for renewing my script
One of the other employees suggested I speak the the manager Jessica and this Jay manager refused.
I called the Doctors office who gave the gift and they said this shouldn't have happened , and the store should have Honored it .
Never had a bad experience from ayr in the past
I tried to give ayr a chance to remedy the issue before I posted this , but they didn't respond .

Always quick and helpful with good products. I do wish the point system was worthwhile, or even usable, though, because as is, it seems designed to do nothing at all. I've got upwards of $90 worth of points but there's nothing that qualifies for it - you can't use it on merch or anything on sale, but every item they offer fits into these categories, so they just keep accumulating uselessly.
