Super shortage on concentrate and what they do have has been poorly shipped and leaked concentrate into the lids. Loved this dispensary for a long while. Shame to see ayr run it to the dirt. Liberty Sciences was more organized. Updated review 8/26/24. I came back to this review and changed it to 5 stars. The customer service is so top notch that I felt it a shame to penalize the employees there for bureaucratic business issues. Nothing in the world can be completely perfect but the employees make the company and for them I give 5 stars. I have been to dispensaries all over the nation and the team at Philips highway are unmatched with their service.

I stopped into this dispensary while shopping in the area and holy smokes was I impressed! Although not as known as other companies , the products here were amazing and diverse , they even have 1:1 options where lots of other places do not offer those blends. Mariah was fantastic, she took the time to ask me questions, really looked into the medicinal properties of each product I was asking about and making sure it would work with my specific needs. I appreciated her knowledge and experience , another thing you do not always find at other dispensaries. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would ask for Mariah for exceptional service.

Love love love Ayr. Products are super fire, concentrates are the cheapest I can find in the area AND effective. Every single bud tender I've encountered has been incredible. Robbie today was so fun to talk to, knowledgeable and had such chill vibes. 10 outta 10. Please send my thanks to everyone on your staff. I've never had a bad experience with a single person. Every single person is just as nice as Robby!

Love it . If you were there to get concentrates .. You're all good . Just got some flower from there today and it was Uncured And premature ... Opened up the bag and it was still wet .. Call the people.. Only thing they said to me was sorry about that.... Definitely not happy don't know if I'm gonna go back

This place is amazing! The store was very clean & organized. Mariah was very friendly and helpful. The prices and selections of products were great! I highly recommend this company.
