Antonio is the G.O.A.T. I been everywhere for medical cannabis, and Antonio made this, by far, the best experience for a customer. He knows the in and outs of the specific strains, products and forms Sira offers. Obviously a team of people who care about every experience here in Needham. I bought the wrong product by mistake, never used it and it was sealed. They wouldn't let me exchange it. Most other dispensaries will. Cost me over $100. Sira has good product but this makes me feel like they're more focused on $ than medicine. UPDATE: they fixed everything, changed to 4 stars

by far the best medical cannabis dispensary i have EVER been to. i have had a medical cannabis license for four years and Sira in Needham is the BEST by far. I even named my cat after this place. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. 10/10 dispensary, 10/10 employees. if you’re looking for a calm dispensary environment with helpful staff, GO TO SIRA NATURALS !!!!! love this place, thank you everyone. Sierra is AMAZING! She is super informative about the products sold. She does a great job at explaining the difference between strains and the effects. 10/10 employee !!

Today was the first time I had been to this dispensary in Needham. When I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed and the 2 people at the front desk looked like they had no interest in being there. Given that this was my first time going to this dispensary, I didn’t have a good first impression. The dispensary itself was very nice and organized and the budtender I had was very helpful and inviting. Im hoping to go back to this dispensary as it’s super close to where I live and is one of the few medical marijuana only places that I know of, but I’m a bit resistant to given my overall experience.
