Very upscale, large and well laid out store. Free water, soda while shopping. They carry the highest quality products and brands. Their customer service and friendliness is unmatched. Bahama Mama smoke shops are always my go-to shop.

Cool store, terrible sales people. I went in last night and there were two nice ladies working at the counter, however their sales tactics were terrible. We asked the price on things as we were looking and instead of just telling us, they said they could change the price for everything we picked out so “don’t worry”. First it was only one lady helping us, then the second one came and started talking over the other one making the same suggestions we already heard. They both were making a thousand suggestions at the same time, it was extremely uncomfortable. They were too pushy about suggesting certain things and I felt I had no time to just browse on my own. It was my first time there. It felt scammy. Then at checkout, the math didn’t add up and we had to recount everything and ended up coming to a lower balance than what she originally told us. I don’t know…the ladies were kind, but they don’t understand how sales works. Checkout took forever. From my experience last night, I don’t feel enthused to come back.
