Before the purchase process I asked the man if he could kindly calibrate my item but he declined and said that I should do it myself after the rude remark I asked if he had any free weights for the calibration and he thought for a sec and said he doesn't even tho they were in plain sight. Then stated that he is only a salesman so I say well how would i if I don't have any weights with me then brushed off my question and gave a dead stare... for quality and good salesmanship the seller would always like to re assure their customers and make sure they are satisfied with their purchase . I guess mans tactics are flawed with that being said I had no clue if my item would be faulty or not. in other experiences while purchasing an item of the same nature the seller had no problem doing so. with these types of items in my eyes this was a bad bussiness gesture especially being veteran owned that's how you treat tax payers who pay you and give you their bussiness as well, awesome bud smh . Lame experience overall and item was faulty as it was reading 5 points off ....
