My wife brought me here. I always pretend I don't want to go out of a misguided sense of masculinity, but I do because who doesn't love candles. Staff were all very friendly, the store was clean and nicely organized, and we didn't break the bank, which was a win.

I shopped in the Wrentham Outlet location on 12.05.22. I had a coupon for $10 off my purchase as well as a free body care item valued at 17.50. The cashier told me I was not able to use my coupons because they had already been redeemed. I was confused because I had recently received the coupons in the mail and had not used the coupons. I tried explaining to the cashier that it made no sense to me because I hadn’t used them and she immediately started coping an attitude with me accusing me of using the coupon in the app and then trying to use the coupons that were mailed to me. She stated I must have allowed someone else to redeem my coupons through the app, which was not the case!! I have worked in retail management my entire life and the rudeness I received from this cashier was completely disgusting!! She stated there was no way to override my coupons and continued to give me attitude, which was complete uncalled for!! Working in retail management my entire career I know how important it is to provide good customer service, especially in this day and age. There is ALWAYS a way to turn a negative situation into a positive one and this cashier had no etiquette with customer service or how to politely handle a situation like this. There is always a way to override or price adjust and after receiving the terrible treatment that I did, I will never shop at any Bath and Body Works again!!

Good service when I entered a lady gave us a sample to smell and it was a good way to welcome the customers it was a beautiful place highly recommend

I went to this store recently and was forced to sign up to a rewards program that i didnt want to be apart of. Between this interaction and the disconcern I was given beforehand I left feeling entirely disregarded as a customer. No I do not want a basket; no I don't want to try 20 different fragrances, I knew what I was going in for and the in store experience I received was too claustrophobic for what should've been a simple in and out. I will not return and I will tell my friends to stop coming. This was previously my go to store and it will no longer be.

Ok. The staff were on their game... From the moment I walked in, every staff member I walked past checked on me, offered assistance, pointed out more sales and promotions... I left having spent way more than I came in for, but I had a great time doing it.
