This store is my daughter’s absolute favorite! She keeps getting gift cards so it’s like a mini shopping spree for her. She has so many body sprays and lotions now, I feel like she can open her own store soon. Personally, I think the store is a little overwhelming with all the scents and options, but my favorite at this store are the lip products. The minty ones are my favorite and they make my lips feel so nice, even when I’m not wearing it. The employees are nice and super helpful. They always help my daughter narrow it down to the ones that she gets, or else we would walk out with every single scent.

Friendly workers. Made me feel very welcomed & asked if I needed help. At the moment I didn't but when I did she was right there to help. Found some great new scents (lakeside citrus, frosted cranberry, whipped almond vanilla, strawberry, sugared cherry crisp & saltwater breeze).

I've been in a couple of times pre - and post Christmas shopping. This store has one of the best sales staffs I've ever experienced in a retail setting. They are courteous, incredibly helpful, pleasant, and willing to do that little bit extra. It's truly a pleasure to shop in this store.

From every turn someone is there asking if you need help with anything, and they actually do help too! Love receiving coupons and use them. Can apply the coupons with their SALES‼️ Favorite candle is “Vanilla Bean by the White Barn” try it out and let me know. Smells amazing. My only issue with all Bath & Body Works network is if you move or have any changes to your geographic, you call to update them right, they’ll still send everything to your old information. It’s like their system never recognize the change you reported. For that reason I’m giving them 4 stars. I’ve never had a negative experience with them, in person or over the phone, both were great.

This Bath & Body Works is worth a visit when at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. It offers similar items to the non-outlet stores with some items more discounted. I gave it a four out of five because they seemed to be sold out of several different soap scents we were searching for. The staff was friendly and the store was well maintained.
