Our new Bath and Body store in Westminster is an absolute pleasure to shop in. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. One of the employees, Amber, assisted us in finding what we were looking for. She was an absolute delight to work with and went out of her way to search the back room for an item we wanted. Excallent customer service!

Disappointed in the new store. Bath and body is changing. I was excited until I was on the phone for 40 min with customer service over a defective wall flower. They had an even exchange policy where you could swap items in the event you’re finding you like to switch it up ( buying too much at once) or an item is defective. Now you jump through hoops and frankly it’s insane. I will stop supporting this company. Period. *update: I’ve received a gift card, new items, and everything has been made good by me by an associate named Felix over the phone. I will go back because I feel like my concerns were actually heard this time and I was taken seriously. *

I entered the store 10 minutes before closing Sunday. Seems as through all employees turned and welcomed me. In a casual way, asked me what I was looking for and informed me of last day offers. They offered a basket, Initially I refused and after seeing my arms full they offered the basket again. Of course I accepted. I was given advice, assistance offered from the moment I entered until I exited. The store is well maintained, and filled with beautiful people ready to serve.

Got some good deals on candles last weekend. Nice well stocked store, friendly people,

Upon entering a Bath & Body Works store your greeted and offered a shopping bag. This store did not do that, nor was a I greet. When I needed assistance there was 1 person on the floor who was more interested in her cell phone than helping anyone. The check out line was long. It was probably 15 minutes before the associate considered providing check out support.
