I had called looking a niche item that I had been in search o for quite some time. The woman who answered was very pleasant and to my surprise they had what i was I need of. She let me know to come on over and tell the helpful clerk that she sent me. The clerk right away knew what the deal was and promptly explained/showed me the goods. I bought what I needed after having a couple jokes with the salesman about the difficulty finding this specific item. Overall i was quite satisfied and surprised at the quality of goods and service Beav's offer. I'll be coming back.

It’s a hidden place off of rt 40 but I’m glad a friend recommended. Bought my first bong piece there. The cashier accidentally broke the stem & forgot to replace it. I called the store to let them know it wasn’t replace when dropped. The owner Cindy responded next morning allowing me to get the stem replaced as well as receiving a free 420 cleaner. I am very satisfied with customer service as well. Chris & Dustin were very helpful kind gentlemen. Looking forward to shopping again.

Called and asked if they had a studenglass gravity bong. Lady was rude over the phone but said they had it. I went in and picked it up. Brought it home to register it online for warranty and it was a fake piece! I went back to return it and the lady said she couldn't return it and offered me a $10 discount. When I had just spent $400. The lady treated me like I was stupid when she sold me a fake piece. I will never shop at this place again. The son is cool. The mom is a disaster and shouldn't be involved with customers at all.

Supe friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I'm not from the area had me feeling right at home. Even gave me a discount for my birthday

terrible customer service and terribly overpriced, waited 20 minutes for someone to come out the back just to try up charge me for credit card
