I started out with Omni Oil cream and ordered lotion. i use Full Spectrum in both. I use the lotion in am and cream at night. The lotion is lighter and not as heavy as cream. I could not make it without my products. I recommend if a person having pain to give it a try. I use it am and pm only. It holds me all day and night. I have neck and knee pain. Osteoarthritis in back. It helps. A chriopractor uses it and told me about product.
