I have been shopping at this location for years, and am there once a week. Always friendly employees. An exceptional young lady working tonight as a cashier went above and beyond to help me with bags.. I wish I caught her name. Very pretty and tall, long black hair. What a blessing she is.

Discovered this delightful business not long ago. I enjoy looking for the daily markdowns which is an excellent way to try different foods. They’ve got many samples put out for you to try. The daily soups are delicious and there’s plenty to choose from all day long. Deli is good too!!! Employees are engaging and knowledgeable about the many products.

Went to the Shelby location today. We met Terri and she was a wealth of information along with the other young ladies working in the vitamin area. I just wanted to say the knowledge they shared about the products and their benefits was so refreshing and helpful. I so enjoy this location also Margret over in the deli area as well. Very much recommended this store. Terri is a great asset to the company.

Love this place. They have the best chocolate chip cookies! Grab a burger, soup or find some healthy items to add to your pantry. Need some vitamins, they have those as well.

This is my go to for all my supplements. I love their sales; especially the 30% off sales which are held at least twice a year. I also buy zum soap here, fresh made vegan and vegetarian soups, and so much more. Thanksgiving black Friday this year is 40 % off supplements and vitamins. Today on May 28th they had a great 30%off anything not on sale and I saved $100.00! August 2024 Anniversary sale I spent over $400.00 and stocked up on supplements that were up to half off, some 40%, and some 35% off. This sale didn't seem as good in the grocery department though; but I did get several boxes of the four sigmatic coffee boxes.
