Bought a puffco pro from there and absolutely love it, first one I bought had a problem but owner was super helpful and reached out immediately and helped me get things fixed, best purchase of the year for sure. Owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, would definitely recommend to friends

Worse place ever ,bought a pen for 25 bucks a couple of days later the power button got stuck went back to Bexar Roots and the guy at the counter gave me all kind of excuses called his boss and I could tell they where trying to find a way not to give me anything . The guy at the counter said his boss said I could get 5 dollars off a pen they had for 20 that’s all they could do. This place is the worse made me feel like I was trying to get over on them when in fact the guy at the counter who was on the phone with his boss where trying to get over on me there customer.

Best smoke shop in San Antonio. Always have quality product and great customer service. They have mostly everything here this is the only smoke shop I shop at now. Also purchased a puffco peak and proxy from here and it’s very easy to maintain it with the products bexar roots recommends.
