I’ve come here a handful of times over the years, and I’ve meant to leave this review sooner. I stopped in one rainy day very sad, and looking for something to help my dog who had recently begun having seizures. The employee was amazingly kind, and I wish I remembered his name. He was also very empathetic. I left with some CBD oil, which I did give my dog, however she did end up passing fairly soon after my visit, once it was discovered she had cancer. That same employee reached out via email wishing me and my dog the best, and reiterated that he and the other employees were there to help if we needed anything. It’s an act of kindness I think of frequently, over two years later. I am sorry it took me so long to leave this review, but I am forever grateful for the genuine human kindness I experienced, and the quality of your products.
