Terrible man. Dude wont let me exchange a fume disposable vape and i just opened it and it is so burnt. Tastes like a burnt coil. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. He says our policy is if it doesn’t blow out smoke we can replace it. Well over $20 you lost a customer man. Between my girlfriend and i we probably spent $500 on these over the last few months and they can’t satisfy a customer for $20?!?!?!

Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. They could answer all my questions confidently and professionally. After moving I still travel here all the way from Aldan just because the kind of service you receive here is unmatched.

Walked in looking for something specific & wasn’t greeted. Bad vibes to start… asked my question and I could barely hear the response from the guy twice. I immediately walked out, he obviously wasnt trying to help. If you want kindness…. To be helped… or just overall good vibes & experience do not come here.

Live Around the corner, so it has become my go to shop. I went in there last night and got a Vape juice and asked for 3 mg, stating it more than once. I suppose I should have checked but I was rushing and haven’t had this issue before, it was actually 12 mg. I was told this evening that they don’t do returns on Vape juice. Even if they had given me the incorrect product. When going to buy it again I realize that they didn’t even have the juice in 3 mg. Not sure why they told me they did and sold me the product. Upsetting as this place was very convenient and I have spent a lot of money there, I’ll have to go elsewhere in the future. Edit: always appreciate an owner taking the time to respond. I have added 2 stars for that alone. And will also go back to a store that besides the mixup of juices, has good stock and is run well.
