After going in here and purchasing a piece, I thought I would go back in and get another nice piece. Last month, I got a new bubbler from here, and it broke whilst gently cleaning it after 8 days. It only lasted 8 days. Never dropped it, nothing. If it would've lasted at least a month, maybe I would understand, but for something that cost almost $100 I would expected the shop to work with me a little bit. I wasn't expecting a full refund or anything because I understand that these things happen; however, I was told that nothing could be done at all. With the abundance of shops around, I would recommend going anywhere else for better customer service like Stone Face in San Marcos.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the different products. I actually stumbled onto this place getting food. I would recommend stopping by.

Please don't advertise that you open at 7am when no one is here to open the store. I've been waiting in the parking lot since 7:45am this morning and it is currently 8:15am. And I know this is an ongoing problem because one of the employees has commented before how unreliable the morning crew can be here. Super disappointed because I love that this place is supposed to be open before I have to go into work, but now terribly disappointed because it seems as though y'all haven't fixed your time management problems. Change your business hours or change your employees.

Found my go to vape place! Been here a few times already. But I came in to replace my lost Caliburn with 1:1 as I had purchased coils and pods already for it. Isabella: she helped find replacements that would accommodate what I had purchased. Ultimately she made sure to order me a new caliburn. SPECTACULAR human and employee. Main reason why I would come back for all my vaping needs Nikki and Brett: the ordered caliburn had not come in but the manager and Nikki were willing to work with me to get a new vape and replace the items I already had with ones applicable to the new device. They were more than fair and great. Thank you all for being the best vape store in Kyle!

The staff are amazing Isabella is always super helpful when i come in early or when im in the late afternoons I run into either Niki they are both extremely helpful and always help they don’t get paid enough to deal with half of you rude patrons who do frequent this shop so be kind
