If I could give zero stars I would. My wife went into the store looking to purchase a calming CBD product and a product titles Delta-8 was recommended. She ended up in the ER having a severe reaction and tested positive for THC, which shouldn't happen from CBD. We contacted the manufacturing, who told us this was an expired product they no longer sell, and should have been removed from shelves. The manufacturer asked for the Batch # which should have been on a sticker on the bottle, but the store removed it (guessing since it wasn't supposed to be sold). I spoke to a manager who claimed to be the owner and we had a good discussion on how they would pay whatever our insurance wouldn't cover when the bills came. Thankfully we have good coverage and of the $7,773 billed our out-of-pocket expenses were only $236. The store has since avoided my calls, and when I finally got through today they hung up on my and then when called back said "no one is here, stop calling us." I asked when the owner would be around and didn't get a clear answer, just to stop calling. This is the same person I originally spoke to. This store was selling a product that should have been pulled from shelves, pointed my wife towards a product containing THC, and has back-pedaled on paying a small portion of the ER bill. I don't recommend their guidance on supplements or any health-related items. I will also say they are shady and have low moral standards as they verbally agreed to work with us and now dodge my calls and hang up when I get through.

I’m sorry to say that the new ownership has made this a place I won’t come back to. Amazingly, they don’t know the products or - as far as I can tell - much about health and nutrition. Most recent example: I asked for iron-free vitamins and they gave me ones with iron. I needed to point that out. They then said they don’t have them, but there they were on the shelf below. I need to trust this kind of store, and I absolutely don’t. That’s a dealbreaker for me. Very unfortunate because there aren’t many of these places around.

Although my visit here was brief, the owner of the store was present to answer my questions and was very helpful just in providing information. Pricing at the store is across the board much better for traditional herbal supplements such as Ashwagandha & Rhodiola, which are two of my favorite adaptogens for general wellness, immunity, and metal performance. This is definitely a place to go for a natural supplements at below market prices.
