I always go 4 miles out of my way to come to this smoke shop due to the down to earth, well versed and smart manager named Nick. Just a good dude! He has gone out of his way for countless customers in the year that I have been a customer. I figured this was the least I could do! Something tells me that he and his friend that work that store are what keeps the thing totally afloat. These two go the extra mile and also give everyone a big sense of importance, no matter who walks through those doors, Or how stoned those questionsmight be. 😎

I personally don't smoke but people I know say this about this establishment . Great products ! Awesome selection! Extremely friendly! Very knowledgeable! Terrible quality vapes. 2 of the 4 I bought here started leaking before they were empty. When I asked about replacement of the defective product they refused and said it’s not their problem. I asked if their vapes were made to break before they were empty and they hung up on me. Terrible businessmen too if they’re willing to give up $60/month in revenue just to avoid the $10 it costs to replace a clearly defective product.

9/10 times you stop by the door is locked with a “be back in 20 minutes” sign. Joke of a ‘company’

Like at least one other poster said, I too have been stuck with defective products. Three cartridges so far. When I bought the first two the staffer told me that there was a problem that led to them getting clogged making them barely function and that if it happened I should come back to return them. This confirms that they know they were selling defective cartridges. She explained that because they were closing in less than 20 min and since I was already home that I should come back the following day. When I arrived the woman was not present and the staff claimed that the conversation could not have taken place because the same cartridges worked perfectly and there had been no returns. Despite how kind and soft spoken I was, to not insult the staff, I was still blown off.
