I recently visited Brundage and had a great experience! The worker who helped me was really knowledgeable about their products and took the time to answer all my questions. She made some great recommendations and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The dispensary itself was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The set up to this place is weird at best. You talk to someone behind blacke-out window. No personal interaction. The attendant was in his feelings when I asked him what kind of setup do they have. Most dispensary experiences are rife with next level customer service. This person lacked the social skills to deal with consumers who ask honest questions like "what kind of setup do you have here?" If you hire employees who are sensitive and don't know how to deal with all types of customers, that guy will continue to drive customers like me away. One thing I do is visit dispensaries and this was the worst customer experience ever!
