Not all of the staff is rude but at least one budtender is and I emailed company to let them know, never heard back. So I don’t really think they care. I never get anything quality here because they aren’t very helpful. Kush 21 is worth the extra 17 min drive for friendly recommendations. They also have 20% off the entire store until end of September & sell gummie shrooms next door

.Absolutely love it here. They have employees that listen to what you are looking for. They make sure to easily communicate with you and if you tell them this is my price range they stick to it. Polite,respectful, and an articulate, knowledgeable employees. Right down to the laws and know the legal limits which is nice to be informed of. Definitely learned something new.

I am a regular here because the staff is amazing and incredibly helpful. But I was really upset to see today that they have been working without any AC. Furthermore, I'm confused on how products can stay quality in such conditions. i.e chocolates

This review is for the Maple Valley location. I always start with the positive. The staff was well dressed, friendly, and helpful. The selection was poor in quality and number. There were no ounces of strong Indica in the shop. Just indica leaning hybrids.The hybrid OZs that they showed me were almost $400 when I get them for $215 in the Tacoma/Olympia area for the same brands. In this case it was Plaid Jacket product. Brand for brand it’s $10-$20 an 1/8th less to buy where I live in WA. That’s a massive difference. Paying $100 per quarter is 2002 pricing and highway robbery. If the towns taxes are the reason for this alone, I hope the owner holds them responsible and shares this review to enlighten them of their greed. But yeahhhh unfortunate this was the representation of what locals call the best in town.

Shopping here for several years and today is the last. Asked for a price match because they severely overcharge on airopro carts and was told they don’t price match Kemp’s. Hope that 13 dollars is worth losing a customer for life and the negative review. FYI you can get two airopros for the price of one here at Kemp’s.
