The prices and deals are brilliant and they're extremely nice! But theres errors between the business and customer. Quite regularly is takes a while for a response (maybe 20 mins at max on av.). For a while I was thinking I was impatient? But waiting 2 hours without a single response...Its getting obvious to me that there is communication weakness that needs to be worked on which can be threatening to a business if it doesnt. I could leave 5 stars, I really want too! They're very nice! But this problem is very annoying and its becoming a trend.
