Not only does this place have anything & everything you could ever need, but everyone is extremely attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Genuinely amazing.

This smoke shop is truly Elite. Great flavors, Great deals and helpful friendly staff you couldn't ask for anything more. There are so many options but if by some small chance they don't have what your looking for, they will order it. They have a huge glass selection and accessories but I was so focused on all the options I had that I forgot to take pictures for y'all. I'll get them next time for I will be back. Until then stop in and see for yourself.

First and last time shopping here yesterday and today. I went in yesterday and bought a vape from the display and the button fell off at home. I came back today to exchange it. I was met with an attitude and skepticism for no reason at all. Also found out I was supposed to get 10% off of the display item, but was not offered this. This place has insanely high prices, mind you. The employee who allegedly ‘just moved from Florida’ denied me a straight exchange. When asked why he says, “it still hits” even though I had to use my fingernail to engage the button. I don’t care if it still hits bro. It’s defective and inconvenient to use and was $70. I don’t know if he has Asperger’s or is on the spectrum, but he was insanely abrasive for just being an employee. It was as if he was the owner and I dissed his business or something. After some back and forth he reluctantly gave me a different product with a smaller quantity inside. By the way I said “I don’t know if you can fix it” and he said “it’s cool, someone will buy it.” Pretty sure the one I bought belonged to someone else before me and probably will end up breaking on a third person soon enough. If you’re a real smoker, don’t shop here. I only stopped by because I was in the area. Shop somewhere local, not a place named after another city with big city prices to boot. 🚮

When I came here a few months ago it was a nice shop, very pricey but the service was great. Now all of the good and knowledgeable employees left, the prices are even higher and wraps are always very stale and old. Go support your local shop owners instead.
