When it works it works. Products are fantastic but Customer Service when something goes wrong is terrible. No answer on the phone. Emails unanswered until they get a nasty one. I only live an hour away but it can take more than a week to get my order because they dilly dally around for whatever Maybe high

***BEWARE***The products are GREAT! We LOVE every product we have bought, BUT TWO HUGE ISSUES!!! #1- The CREDIT CARD I used to purchase product the last time was fraudulently used to buy $1400 worth of AIRLINE TICKETS just THREE DAYS after I made an order! I can't 100% prove it was this business but the card I used was not used for any other purchases for MONTHS (6-8) prior to the order! Again...I cannot PROVE it but WATCH ANY CREDIT CARD PURCHASES on your card after buying anything here!!!! #2- NONE of their DISCOUNT options work including redeeming "points"! I press the option to redeem my points from the prior purchase and an ERROR page comes up PLUS when I enter a COUPON CODE, nothing happens! Again...ALL of the CBD/CBG/CBN (One of the only sites I can find a GOOD CBD/CBG combo that helps me sleep!!!) products we have tried have been GREAT, but if you can't trust the site with your credit card info, it's not worth buying, OR use a re-loadable gift card and only load it with the amount you need, OR they should add a PAYPAL option!!!!

I placed an order and the vapes they sent were not the vapes ordered. They used the same box, but the vapes were not even close. I have sent numerous emails and have tried to contact them for 3 days. This site is a scam. Please avoid at all cost. You will get your money taken

Choose somewhere else. Ive ordered its been a week and a half still no updates on my order dont even know if im gonna get it. No way to track ur order but the route app. website is definitely a scam just consider somewhere else to get high.

I've taken other brands of cbd.... unlike those this brand gives me major head aches.... which makes me wonder if thier quality control is un regulated..... so buyers beware.
