This was my first time visiting the Norfolk location and everyone made me feel very welcome, but Tashaw was especially friendly and so, so nice! She made me feel right at home and took great care of me at lightning speed. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

This location was awesome. I walked in and everyone was so welcoming and nice. Allison was the team member that helped me and she was great.

Raymond was very efficient, as he always is. No nonsense or small talk. It was an almost sterile transaction. That kind of puts him in a no win situation. Sometimes a little small talk is also the Medicine a customer may need. But I wouldn’t judge him too harshly because he was doing his job so well. He was also wearing a mask so, a being able to pick up in some of those nonverbal clues were missing. I’d still give him 99 percent on the performance scale.

Alison was very helpful with what I had tried to order. Her product knowledge is awesome. She presented a smile during the entire process and reminded me to check for rewards. I was greatly appreciative and impressed! The Granby location always presents a great experience! 😄

She was very helpful and educated of what exactly I wanted. This was the first time coming here and I was impressed with the layout and security that was here. Will definitely be back. Check in process is convenient and everyone was friendly.
