Only been in a couple times but they have some good selection with some pretty good prices. Some times these places can be outrageous but they were reasonable.

Ted at the front counter is the real deal. The shop has a great selection and knowledgeable people who actually lift. Don’t go to GNC (I mean that as a former employee) these guys actually care.
