Went there to get a pack of black and mild and end up getting charged for a glass pipe I didn't even purchase! Won't go back.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and never had a problem with the product or service. This morning I went in to buy CAMO wraps and I asked if I could check it before I leave because last time the girl sold me two packs and they were very very stale. She says no! I’m like but it’s no good, you are selling bad product, and im spending my money why not? She proceeds to rudely tell me it’s too early for this , this is the rule! She didn’t even wanna hear what I had to say! Sadly is usually how my interactions go with them and it’s sad! You wanna take our money but not give us good product! I’m saying I will no longer spend my money with these ppl ever! I’ll go to Violet lounge in Burleson! In America we call it customer service . I’ve always had excellent service from everyone except this Indian lady. You should train ppl to treat others with respect and don’t be rude! Unacceptable and you all need to check your product!!!!! God bless!
