I have waited to do a review until I have gone a few times. The customer service I have received was outstanding and educational each time I set foot in the door. I have gotten a product for my dog to help with storms and fireworks. I also got a CBG sample pack that has helped with my stomach problems. I would have never found the products I needed without the education and support I get each and every time I go. I would recommend anyone thinking about a CBD product to give this store a try. I had a bad reaction to a sample of CBD that was given to me. I got dizzy and feel. The owner got mad and kicked me out. Do not visit. Products are not safe and customer service is horrible. In response: I knocked product down when I fell. I told the owner I was having medical problems, the owner then kicked me out of store, I expressed shock that he would kick me out of the store for falling from dizziness and said I had to post this as a review, only after I mentioned I would give the bad review did he offer that I could sit on the couch. I never did recover as I walked away. It took 4 hours until the dizziness passed.

My dog has terrible anxiety and I seen an article about cbd so I went to the Parma store. The man at the counter was great and had all the information I needed. Not only did it help my dogs anxiety it made it easy to have her around people. I’ll send anyone there when I hear someone talk about cbd. Great place and the man at the counter knows his stuff

Wow!!!! Where do I start? I was referred to Dale at CBD American Shaman by a friend. I had never been in a store like this. It was welcoming, clean, and well organized. I was expecting something totally different. Dale was amazing, he basically walked me through the entire store, explained ALL their products, and listened as we talked. At the end he recommended a few things that would be best for me. I was proud of my purchase because I wasn't guessing on what methods and products were best for my situation. What a wonderful experience Dale provides. The products speak for themselves, but the service and kind assistance provided by Dale is why YOU want to shop here!!!!!!!

This store is a life saver, I suffer from insomnia and chronic back and shoulder pain. Dale explained all the products in detail and made me feel like he cared about my problems, he offered samples and overall had great customer service after using his products im able to get a full nights sleep and go to work without constantly being in pain if your looking for a solution to any ailments you have this is the place to go id recommend it to anyone who is tired of taking pills and wants a natural solution
