CBD Boutique – Times Square

🌟This place is open!!! 🌟 don’t bother to try & find whatever’s clever for you elsewhere bcuz they are not open! 2 other places I tried on 7th Ave in Times Square had locked up chained doors w/ warning shut down signs from city about illicit products. So thank you CBD WORLD for not getting city shutdown so I could relax & chill during my bus ride upstate to The Falls. Also, Idk about the high prices bcuz I live in South Beach- $60 is normal for 2 grams back home. Also thank you Keila, she’s quick & helpful ✨🫶🏽✨

I got a bunch of products. Spent about $500 there. Enjoyed the consultation and thought I found my perfect store. Got home (I live in south jersey) and found out one of the products was 70-80% used, there was no cream left and the applicator is missing…how can you sell a product like this. Definitely won’t recommend anyone going and won’t be back myself!!! Horrible! Great service but missing cream ( he gave a product from the shelves…) He was supposed to give me a new one not used one… Disappointed 😭😭😭

Watch out and get a proper itemized receipt. Compare prices online they're either scamming you or just ringing up random prices and the receipt just shows "Custom Amount". They charged me at least 2.5x times as much for the same product elsewhere.

My partner and I visited the store to purchase a CBD mixed berry vape. Although the first one we chose wasn’t working the second one seemed to be working fine. When we left the store it stopped working soon after. We decided to come back a day later to express our concerns. The staff were super friendly and helpful with our predicament and helped us without hesitation. I would like to extend a very gracious thank you to any staff working on 2/4/24 as all of them were fantastic.

I have never experienced a more ignorant and rude approach to “customer service”. My husband and I weren’t in the store for 3 minutes before being told we had 2 minutes to leave the store unless we were purchasing something . Needless to say we took our business elsewhere . I’ll never entertain the idea of walking through their doors again and I strongly urge you to do the same unless you like being treated that badly . We had to give at least one star to leave a review but they certainly do not deserve even that. Side note - the woman who greeted us was actually very pleasant and helpful when answering my questions and kind when we told her we would make our purchase after browsing the rest of the store as we had JUST walked in but the man at the counter didn’t take half a breath before being incredibly disrespectful and making us feel beyond unwelcome. Hard earned money better spent elsewhere .
