My wife had been going here for sometime now for me. It is close to her work. The owner has helped her find the right stuff for me and my needs. I had been meaning to stop by and met the owner myself since she has always said good things about how he listens and gets his customers with what they may need. Sleep, pain, chill and anxiety. He really is a very nice guy who knows his products and cares for his customers. He seems to have a lot of repeating customers. They also offer other experiences. I'm not sure of them all but they have cold plunge and I believe a salt water floating bath. I do know that they have made me feel comfortable and I will always be their customer for life.

We arrived late to our appointment. Totally our own fault. But Kyle bent over backwards to make sure our experience was still amazing. 10/10. I've never been disappointed with my experience at Altered States. Would recommend 100%
